Our society
The Debating Scoiety Germany e.V. facilitates debating at a school level and in the English language. We are domiciled in Stuttgart and operate predominantly, but not exclusively, in southwestern Germany.
We offer two leageues in two different age groups: years up to grade nine are in Junior League, whereas groups in grade ten and higher participate in Senior League.
All debates are in-person meetings. Interested groups will need to travel to one of the hosting schools per league and round. Find out more in our 'Projects' sections on Junior League and Senior League.
We are also the officially recognised national representation of Germany at the WSDC - World Schools Debating Championships.
