 dges</strong></h5>A short judges’ briefing should be offered during the pre
 paration time for round 3. We would like to ask one of the experienced judg
 es to do the judges’ briefing.<br />If there are only two judges in a debat
 e, the judge with the most experience in the room must act as chair judge. 
 The chair judge’s vote counts double.<br />In case of disagreement, the coa
 ch or teacher of the hosting school has authority on any decisions pertaini
 ng to the judges’ assignment.We are using an online ballot system! The ball
 ot can be accessed by scanning the QR Code, or by entering the link into yo
 ur browser.<br />Please submit all scores via the online ballot using your 
 computer or smartphone. Paper marksheets are no longer accepted in this sea
 son of Senior League. You may only use a paper marksheet as a last resort i
 f the online ballot is not working.<br />If you have to use a paper markshe
 et, please hand it to the host, who will scan it and email it to the organi
